The Nordic climate creates both opportunities and threats for vehicles on the roads. The Siberia Pro 3x DT cable set includes a protective cover that surrounds the wires and DT connector, providing additional protection. It protects mechanically against impacts and wear, as well as against dirt and water. The signal cable (brown 86) is used to connect the relay to our Canbus interface. If the vehicle does not use the Canbus system, the signal is taken directly from the car headlights using this cable.
The professional Siberia 1x DT cable set offers more application possibilities. An additional output 2 (blue 87A) has been added, which is used to control another signal, such as the position light in the Siberia and Dark Knight series. Output 2 is used with XBB. The cable set has a 2-pin DT connector, and since both the Siberia and Dark Knight series use 4-pin DT connectors due to dual position lights, the set includes an adapter cable to convert from a 4-pin to a 2-pin DT connector. The adapter cable also has two loose wires used to power the position light.
The DT connector is designed for a maximum power consumption of 156W, and if you plan to connect devices with a higher power consumption, the cable set supports up to 480W, provided the DT connector is cut off. It can be used, for example, with Siberia DR 42" and 52" LED lamps.
The professional Siberia 3x DT cable set facilitates the execution of a professional installation. If necessary, the cable can be cut. The set includes two waterproof, shrink sleeves that allow for safe and tight closure, as well as a cable tie for reconnecting the protective cover. However, it is important to cut the cable at least 50 cm away from the relay to ensure no contact with moisture.
