1) INFORMATION REGARDING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
According to current legal regulations, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you received the goods, or when a third party other than the carrier and designated by you took possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Szekla4x4.pl Damian Łaga, Rafałowska 10, 04-992 Warsaw) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
You may use the withdrawal form template; however, it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the information regarding your decision before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you for the product, excluding delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. The refund will be processed using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction unless you agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees related to the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Please return or deliver the goods to us promptly, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
2) INFORMATION REGARDING WARRANTY CLAIMS (COMPLAINTS)
According to applicable regulations, we are liable to you under the Civil Code for physical and legal defects.
Upon discovering a defect, you have the right to:
a. Submit a statement requesting a price reduction;
b. Submit a statement of withdrawal from the contract, unless the defect is insignificant;
c. Request a replacement for a defect-free product;
d. Request the defect to be rectified.
We will respond to your statement or request within 14 days. You are required to deliver the defective product to our address (Szekla4x4.pl Damian Łaga, Rafałowska 10, 04-992 Warsaw). If returning the product is overly burdensome (e.g., due to its nature or method of installation), you must make it available for inspection at its current location.
We will cover the costs of replacement or repair, except in cases where the defective item was installed. In such cases, you are responsible for part of the costs exceeding the product price. Alternatively, you have the right to demand reimbursement of part of the disassembly and reinstallation costs up to the price of the sold product.
We are liable for defects if a physical defect is discovered within two years of the product's delivery. If the sold item was used, the liability period is one year.
Your right is time-limited to one year from the date of defect discovery but does not expire earlier than two years from the product's delivery date (or one year for used products). Exceptions apply if a product's specified shelf life ends later than these periods.
For legal defects, the same principles apply, with the time limit running from the date of learning about the defect.
