Designed by Ironman 4x4 suspension engineers, each shock absorber is individually crafted piece by piece to produce the best off-road shock absorber in the world. Each Ironman shock absorber undergoes a force velocity test before packaging to ensure all received parts are uniform and meet working specifications. High-quality materials are used, such as German Fuchs High temp shock absorber fluid, Japanese multi-lip NOK seals. Strength and durability requirements are met through the use of reinforced one-piece eye rings and stems. Ironman uses rubber shock absorber bushes to provide maximum flexibility and reduce unwanted lateral load transfer and NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness) transmission, which often leads to seal failures in shock absorbers of other brands using polyurethane.
