Ironman Foam Cell provides the best 4x4 shock absorber design and contains 50% more oil, ensuring cooler operation. Exceptional performance for both standard and raised height 4x4 vehicles, excellent driving control and comfort on both road and off-road terrains can be expected from these shock absorbers. Designed by Ironman 4x4 suspension engineers, each shock absorber is individually crafted element by element to produce the best off-road shock absorber in the world. Each Ironman shock absorber undergoes a force-speed test before packaging to ensure all received parts are uniform and meet working specifications. High-quality materials are used, such as German Fuchs High temp shock absorber fluid, Japanese multi-lip NOK seals. Strength and durability requirements are classified by the use of reinforced one-piece eye rings and stems. Ironman uses rubber shock absorber bushes to provide maximum flexibility and reduce unwanted lateral load and transfer of NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness), which often causes seal failures in shock absorbers of other brands using polyurethane.
