K100W - universal fender flares / wheel arch extensions for off-road vehicles are made of black EPDM rubber in the form of a very aesthetic and durable tape.

This material is characterized by very good resistance to aging, which is extremely important in the case of continuous exposure to variable weather conditions.

The operating temperature ranges from -50°C to +130°C. EPDM is also resistant to hot water and the agents used in vehicle care.

Additionally, to increase rigidity and resistance to deformation, 75 ShA hardness rubber was used, and the outer edge was reinforced with steel wire. This solution allows shaping the profile and eliminates the problem of rubber "sagging."
