The Superwinch Tiger Shark electric winch series, like all others before it, was designed, constructed, and tested at the Superwinch Research and Development Center in Daycille, CT, USA.

The TigerSharkT Series electric winches were recognized at the SEMA 2011 automotive trade show in Las Vegas, where among 2000 other products, they received the Global Media Awards.

Despite the fact that the TigerShark electric winch series was designed as an "economical" series, its features are very rich:
