The differential cover is designed for the rear axle type Dana M220 - Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon / Sahara / Sport

Key features:

- Special construction shape of high strength effectively protects differential mechanism components, from the smallest to the most vulnerable to damage such as the ring gear and pinion
- The cover increases the structural rigidity of the entire axle
- The angle of the outer surface of the cover has been optimized for the vehicle's approach and departure angles
- Extended lifespan of the bearing
- The tight design helps maintain the meshing of the ring and pinion on a flat surface
- Strong, high-quality neodymium magnets are used in the fill plug and dipstick to attract metal particles from worn differential components, to eliminate premature wear of the locker and control minor damage without removing the cover and draining the oil
- Special low-profile drain plug to avoid damage
- High fill point allows checking oil for water contamination without draining the oil
- Unique dipstick / fill plug design allows for oil level adjustment
- Concealed mounting screws (included in the set) for protection against damage and loosening
- The cover is hardened, CNC machined, powder coated, and then clear coated to ensure a durable and professional finish
