The arms utilize patented Duroflex joints (metalcloakpatents.com) made with DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber - the first Jeep suspension components made with Kevlar®, providing industry-leading durability. The Duroflex joints are housed in forged, adjustable ends made of CNC formed 3/16” wall DOM steel tubing, ensuring strength and adjustability locked in place with precision locking nuts. The arms are finished with a gold zinc plating that protects them from external elements.
“Components” from MetalCloak have been FMVSS safety certified in a configuration with 37-inch tires, full body armor, and lifted suspension.
