Faster venting thanks to our High Flow handle!
While most standard clamp or push-on handles only open the Schrader valve by about 50%, our high-flow handle is designed to open the Schrader valve by 100%, meaning greater airflow, allowing for faster venting.
The High Flow handle has been optimized to work best with our Rapid Precision Valve, but still works great with standard Schrader valves.
NOTE: This air handle will NOT work with multi-wire systems that require a closed flow handle. The Apex high-flow handle has an OPEN flow.
The components are designed to withstand several periods of use. The black part is made of 4140 chromoly steel, which undergoes heat treatment and salt bath nitriding, so it does not rust (the same material used in military firearms). The remaining parts are made of stainless steel.
This is an open flow design for a single air point. It is designed for maximum airflow by pushing the Schrader core all the way in. Most achieve only 50% or less.
It has a metal sealing socket, so it does not wear out. It is also a threaded design instead of a complex push-on design. Installation takes a few seconds longer, but the same goes for trying to achieve a proper push-on seal. This handle will work flawlessly for decades.
Each time it opens the Schrader valve to the exact same degree, so there is no variability in airflow. In most handles, airflow depends on the pressure force.
