The front element is made of 5mm thick aluminum.

The rest is made of 4mm thick aluminum to avoid overloading the equipment because the set is very large.

The set includes:

-Frame guard consisting of three parts

-front guard
-middle guard covering the steps we stand on
-rear frame guard

-Front A-arm guards

-Rear A-arm guards

-Rear joint and differential guard

-Set of clamps and screws for installation

-Assembly instructions with description

-each set includes ZYGO stickers 2x
-sticker with quad image for the rear car flap

Product description:

-The elements are made of alloy aluminum sheet
of full thickness 4mm or 5mm depending on the model and element.
-The guards are anodized, which hardens their surface
more flexible and resistant to weather conditions, they do not oxidize.
To protect the guards from deformation when tightening,
spacer sleeves are welded.
-All elements are cut and bent using CNC technology
so the repeatability and accuracy of the elements is 100%.
-Each joint on bends and contacts is welded for reinforcement
and stiffening of the guard.
