The front element is made of 5mm thick aluminum.

The rest is made of 4mm thick aluminum to not overly burden the equipment because the set is very large.

Product description:

-Elements are made of alloy aluminum sheet
of full thickness 4mm or 5mm depending on the model and element.
-Guards are anodized, making their surface hardened
more flexible and resistant to weather conditions, not oxidizing.
To protect the guards from deformation when tightening,
spacer sleeves are welded.
-All elements are cut and bent using CNC technology
so the repeatability and accuracy of the elements are 100%.
-Each joint on bends and contacts is welded for reinforcement
and stiffening of the guard.
All screws, brackets, and clamps are galvanized, making them
more resistant to corrosion.
