Front axle reinforcement kit for Dana 44 Jeep Wrangler JK Rubicon 2007-2018. The reinforcements for the front axle DANA 44 and steering knuckles for Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2017 are welded from the top on the axle tubes, connecting with the massive axle head housing and externally supporting the spring bases. This creates a rigid and compact structure. The external components, once welded to the steering knuckles, protect them from bending. Made of structural steel sheet with a thickness of 5mm and 6mm. Supplied raw, unpainted, for welding. Weight approx. 6.9 kg.
Recommended installation by a specialized workshop.
In vehicles with a 2.8 CRD version without suspension lift or with less than 3 inches, it is necessary to remove part of the welded reinforcement under the engine oil pan to avoid collision with the reinforcement at full suspension compression.
The product does not have homologation. For off-road use only.
