Front axle reinforcement kit for Dana 30 Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2018. The reinforcements for the front axle DANA 30 and steering knuckles are welded from the top on the axle tubes, connecting to the massive axle head housing and externally supporting the spring bases. This creates a rigid and compact structure. The external components, once welded to the steering knuckles, protect them from bending. Additionally, the kit includes an HD track bar mount welded and bolted to the original mount and axle tube. It raises the factory panhard mounting point upwards. The kit also includes an HD steering damper socket that allows for mounting above the steering rod. Additionally, the component has a 50 mm upward shift of the stabilizer link mount (also includes the left side for welding). The kit also includes HD lower control arm mounts to be welded in place of the originals, with the ability to adjust the control arm mounting point height and an integrated lower arm guard. Made of 5 mm and 6 mm thick structural steel sheet. Supplied raw, unpainted, for welding. Weight approx. 11.4 kg.

Not suitable for Rubicon versions!!

Recommended installation in a specialized workshop.

In 2.8 CRD vehicles without suspension lift or with less than 3 inches of lift, it is necessary to remove part of the welded reinforcement under the engine oil pan to avoid collision with the reinforcement at full suspension compression.

The product is not homologated. For off-road use only.
