The ascender is equipped with a series sealed 6 hp motor, a very precise brushstroke and a long rotor with better torque. Advanced, state-of-the-art technology enables the winch to operate efficiently with a power consumption of no more than 360A at full load!
The 500A HD composite sealed relay box has been placed on the drum as standard. If we want to place it elsewhere - no problem, we only need a few minutes to do so.
In addition, Kangaroowinch has equipped its ascender with a heavy-duty core steel rope, terminated as standard by a solid hook with security. The rope is wound through a robust 4-roller guide, made of galvanised steel. A reliable friction brake is responsible for holding the load, and the robust 3-stage planetary gearbox made of reinforced steel will allow many years of trouble-free operation.
