Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon – Comprehensive Modification
The Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon is a vehicle designed for adventure and the toughest off-road challenges. In our workshop, we have transformed this legendary vehicle by adding a series of modifications that take its capabilities to an entirely new level. Here is a full overview of the improvements made:
Suspension for Every Expedition
We installed the Clayton Overland kit with 2.5" lifts, which increases the vehicle's ground clearance and enhances its off-road capabilities. Additionally, we added FOX Factory Race shocks (front and rear), ensuring excellent control and ride comfort in extreme conditions.
We replaced the transfer case with a version featuring the 4H Auto function, allowing smooth adaptation of the drivetrain to off-road conditions. Now, the Wrangler offers even greater versatility, providing better traction on all surfaces, from asphalt to muddy trails.
Durability and Reliability
- MetalCloak Panhard and Steering Gear Reinforcement – Ensuring greater durability of the drivetrain.
- SteerSmarts Steering Rods – Providing greater precision in handling demanding routes.
Off-road Design and Functionality
We added:
- Rival Fenders, protecting the vehicle from mud and rocks.
- Hemi Hood and TXJL Grill, giving the Jeep an aggressive, dynamic look.
Lighting That Illuminates Every Trail
Modern Lazer Utility LED headlights, along with additional lighting mounted on the windshield and roof rack, guarantee excellent visibility in all conditions.
WARN VR EVO 12-S Winch
We equipped the Jeep with a WARN winch with a pulling capacity of 12,000 lbs, which reliably handles the toughest off-road situations.
Unique Custom Snorkel
We designed and handcrafted a snorkel that provides the engine with protection from water during deep wading obstacles.
Roof Rack Adapted to Sky One-Touch
We customized the SB77717 roof rack, specially adapted to the unique Sky One-Touch roof, increasing functionality without compromising aesthetics.
Protection and Guards
The vehicle has been secured with Rival guards, protecting the engine, gearbox, fuel tank, and rods from damage during difficult off-road driving.
We installed AMP Research electric side steps, which automatically deploy when the doors are opened, making it easier to get in and out even in extreme terrain conditions. Once the doors are closed, the steps retract, ensuring they do not interfere with off-road driving. A practical and stylish solution!
Active Exhaust System
With the new active exhaust, the Jeep not only sounds better but has also gained increased engine performance.
Additional Accessories
The project is complemented by lamp guards, handle covers, and cup holders. These details enhance the vehicle's functionality and highlight its unique style.
