The Robens Windshield for the Robens Stove is a great way to make cooking in the wild easier, even in windy weather.

Construction

The shield is made of lacquered aluminum, so it will be resistant to weather conditions and possible mechanical damage. The hard material will additionally provide greater stability and more easily penetrate into the ground.

Lightweight and space-saving at the same time, the shield is high enough to thoroughly cover the burner with a cartridge, so it will effectively protect it from the wind.

The ability to fold the shield makes it much easier to fit in a bag or backpack, and it is extremely easy and quick to unfold again.

Purpose

The Robens Windshield should be unfolded in such a way that it fully covers the burner. This protects it from strong gusts of wind, which, without the shield in place, could extinguish the flame and make it impossible to prepare a meal or hot drink.

A sizable advantage of using a cover is saving fuel, which is consumed much faster during windy weather. By limiting sudden air inflows, the amount of fuel that is lost is optimized, and one container can last much longer.

Along with the cover, you get a mesh pouch for easy transport and to prevent the cover from accidentally unfolding during transport.
