The TeraFlex large joint rebuild kit includes all the necessary components to rebuild the large joint on the frame end of a TeraFlex flexarm or long flexarm. Depending on vehicle driving condtions, grit, grime, dust and fluids all take their toll on the tolerances of the bushings. To keep the joint functioning correctly it is necessary to rebuild the joint periodically and restore the joint to top working condition.

  • Inside diameter / bolt hole: 9/16” (14 mm)
  • Joint width: 2-5/16”
  • Thread: 7/8”-18 UNS
  • Jam nut: 1-1/4”

Notes:

Fits with Dana 30 or Dana 44 front axle

Does NOT fit Rubicon Recon w/ Dana 44 front axle w/ 0.375” wall
